Room Rental: $100-$150 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Capacity: Up to 50 people.
Cigar Price Range: $10-$25 (two cigar minimum req.)
Deposit: $100 cleaning deposit (refundable partial or full after event.
Party Supplies: $100 (plates, warmers, utensils,
1 case of water, 1 case of pop or juice.)
